One of the primary duties of every lawmakers is to review the issues that are presently affecting the public. These issues, which may arise as a result of social shifts or the introduction of new technologies, are mitigated by regulations and the passing of laws and majorly is the
Fundamental Objectives and Directive Principles of the state policy which is the Welfare and Security of the lives and properties of those that they govern or represent at all levels of Government.
Before I go further, let’s look into the scripture because Governance, Representation and service to God and humanity all started and happened and were recorded in the scripture for reference purposes of today.
The book of Luke 16:10 says;
“Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much, and whoever is dishonest with very little will also be dishonest with much”.
This takes us to the realm of reality and truth without fear or favour or mincing of words. It will be a Misnomer if we don’t rise now and speak out and make bold to say there is only one man who should go to the Senate for us because in the little he was given, he showed HONESTY, FAITHFULNESS, HUMILITY, ACCESSIBILITY, AVAILABILITY, EMPATHY, RESULT, ACCOUNTABILITY WITH PROVEN INTEGRITY AND PEDIGREE TO SERVE THE PEOPLE OF ORLU ZONE DILIGENTLY. HE IS A MAN OF IMPECCABLE CHARACTER AND COURAGE. HE IS A MAN EVERY ORLU ZONE SONS AND DAUGHTERS WOULD BE SO PROUD TO CALL “MY SENATOR”.
Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you, the Next Senator for Imo West Senatorial District, a very young vibrant, dogged, pragmatic, energetc grassroot man of the people that is always available for his people. He is a public relations guru turned politician, experienced consultant, political gladiator, veteran welfarist, Distinguished African, business mogul, Harvard trained , A man filled with wisdom and knowledge with the nitty-gritty of the business of politics and man of history with unmatched profile of achievements and selfless services to humanity , above all he is a humble child of God. A Missionary Parliamentarian-MP of note. He is, Rt. Hon. Jones Onyereri , Ph.D, the man for Imo West Senatorial District come 2023.
As we refresh and move ahead with what Luke said to us, The 2023 PDP candidate for Imo West Senatorial District, Dr. Jones Onyereri, has no rival for the Senate seat of Orlu Zone. His sterling leadership style while he held sway in the Green Chamber of National Assembly has singled him out for a bigger task ahead. It’s important we go back to memory lane. Before Dr. Jones’s emergence as the Reps member for Nkwerre| Isu| Nwangele| Njaba (NINN) being the largest Federal Constituency in the Federation, the people of NINN never knew that a Reps Member has the capacity to carry out Empowerment, improve Infrastructures, Scholarships, Skill Acquisitions, Free Medical Outreach, etc. for the constituents until Dr. Jones was elected and wonders began to happen in NINN courtesy of his Representation at the Green Chamber and that is why the people of NINN still celebrate him for opening the doors of the Green Chambers for them to look into the benefits that comes out from there and today he is highly honoured across the 43 wards in NINN because every Ward and Community in NINN has his signature project to remember him for and brag about. He is called the PACESETTER of NINN. Above all, the joy is this, all his projects are very verifiable.
In terms of legislation, he was not found wanting . He delivered beyond expectations and made Nigerians proud and his legislative prowess and participation distinguished him in the house from his colleagues and the then Speaker, Rt. Hon. Yakubu Dogara, confessed and said to him.

It is a mark of great honour and privilege that is rare in the House for a member to be appointed Chairman of a strategic Committee, like Banking and Currency that controls Nigeria’s Economy for two consecutive terms. In both the 7th and 8th National Assembly, I can also further confirm that you have acquitted yourself creditably as a Committee Chairman and as a Vocal member of the House.”

To this end, with the unmatchable scorecard of Rt. Hon. Jones Onyereri Ph.D, it’s crystal clear that he has no contender for the Orlu Zone Senate Seat come 2023. He will do more if elected come 2023 and we shall be proud we made the right choice in voting for him.
Remember, he has assured us that; HE WILL WORK TO LEAPFROG ORLU INTO AN INDUSTRIAL SMART CITY.
