The House of Assembly Candidate of All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) of Ideato North Local Government Area in the forthcoming Imo Assembly election, Hon Dr Chinedu Victor Ugboaja, AKATAOBI IDEATO , has put an end to the frequent road accidents taking place along Akokwa/Ikpaeze, Arondizuogu road.
This is as a result of massive work he has committed himself to by procuring and filling all the potholes that have over the years constituted themselves as death traps on the ever busy road. The House of Assembly aspirant widely known for his philanthropy was moved by the ghastly motor accidents which frequently occur around Ikpaeze Uno section of the road.
He dispelled the superstitious notion that Ikpaeze Uno section of the road was blood thirsty observing that those deaths and destructions caused by the accidents were avoidable if the immediate causes of the road mishaps were identified and resolved for the safety and security of road users and inhabitants of the areas under review. He demonstrated this by facilitating the sand-filling of the bad spots and laying of latrites on every failed portions of the road.
Apart from the maintenance work embarked upon by Hon Dr Chinedu Victor Ugboaja AKATAOBI IDEATO , he also conducted a sensitization programme on Motor drivers in their Parks with a view to enlightening them on the need to drive with caution and at a moderate speed limit while obeying traffic laws. He opined that with obedience to speed-limit rules, the incidence of deadly break failure would minimize on the road.
The efforts of Hon Dr Chinedu Victor Ugboaja were to be rewarded following another accident that happened recently on the road involving a Tanker laden with 45ltrs Premium Motor Spirit PMS popularly known as Fuel. If not that AKATAOBI had n intervened on the notorious Ikpaeze Uno section of the road, the whole town would have gone up in flames.
The driver of the Tanker was reported to have lost break on the hill and as he drove maverick, the collateral damage was averted by the driver due mainly to the potholes and death traps were all filled and the Tanker gradually found wedge at a nearby spot with no life lost!!.
With the foregoing, it is increasingly becoming pertinent that AKATAOBI should be supported as he seeks to represent the people of Ideato North at Imo Assembly. He has proven to be a Fisher Man who has the requisite skills to produce results in the face if daunting challenges facing his people. It is strongly believed that if given our votes he can deliver the goods and give our Ideato North people a sense of Direction.
The Man AKATAOBI has demonstrated competence, he is a selfless person who would prefer to forego his pressing problems and go out of his way to solving the problems of those that hate him. Blessed are those candidates that will collapse their structures to AKATAOBI MOVEMENT for a better Ideato North.
