Leadership is scripturally spiritual and that is why the book of Proverbs 29:2 made us to understand that what is happening in Imo today and why the people of Imo are mourning is because the righteous is not on the throne.

Proverbs 29 :2 says, When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice, But when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn, hence, Senator Samuel Nnaemeka Anyanwu and Rt. Hon. Jones Onyereri, Ph.D. shall take over the reigns of POWER and GOOD GOVERNANCE in Imo for Ndi Imo and Ndi Imo shall celebrate and continue to Glorify God for giving them SamJones as Governor and Deputy Governor come 11th November, 2023.

Today, 29th August, 2023, the journey of the righteous reign in Imo has begun as Imo State People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Inaugurates the November 11th, 2023 Imo State Gubernatorial Campaign Council.

The campaign council inauguration which took place at the PDP State Secretariat, Okigwe road, Owerri, was graced by who is who in the party within the state while the leadership of Destiny Organization, Rescue Mission family and others graced the inauguration as directed by their respective Principals as they declare 100% support in this journey to MAKE IMO SAFE AGAIN.

Speaking at the Inauguration, the Chairman of Imo State PDP, Engr. Charles Ugwu, echoed the vacancy in Imo State Douglas House as he urged the leadership and members of the campaign council to commit themselves whole and entire for us to MAKE IMO SAFE AGAIN for ourselves and our children. He further stated that Imo has moved 1000 miles backward under the present administration and request the leadership of the council and various directorates to put in their best so as to bring back the lost glory of Imo through our Governorship candidates, His Excellencies, Sen Samuel Nnaemeka Anyanwu and Rt. Hon. Jones Onyereri , Ph.D. and the MAKE IMO SAFE AGAIN Team.

Sen. Samuel Nnaemeka Anyanwu, the incoming Governor of Imo State, while addressing the leadership and Members of the campaign council immediately after they were inaugurated by the State Chairman, Engr. Charles Ugwu, charged the campaign council to discharge their assignments diligently without fear or Favour and do their best in their respective areas of assignments for the Victory the People’s Democratic Party and Ndi Imo at large as the victory of the PDP shall be the Victory of Ndi Imo.

Anyanwu, expressed displeasure over the state of the state, especially in critical areas of Imo Economy such as Health Sector, Education Sector, Agric Sector, Security, Pension, Civic Service, Infrastructure and the comatose state of our Local Government system, etc.

Anyanwu, reassured Ndi Imo of Revamping every sector of Imo Economy and promised to create an enabling environment where businesses shall thrive at ease and lives and properties protected and the welfare of Ndi Imo made the utmost priority of the MAKE IMO SAFE AGAIN led administration.

He urged Ndi Imo to come out on November 11th , 2023 without fear of humiliation or intimidation and vote for the PDP and as he reassured Ndi Imo that their votes must count for their Victory.
