Governor Hope Uzodimma of Imo State has called for more intervention programs from the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC).
The Governor made this call while playing host to the Acting Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Engr Emmanuel Audu-Ohwavborua (FNSE), at the Government House, Owerri.
While commending them, the Governor expressed his displeasure at the negligence and marginalization of Imo State by the NDDC, in the past.
The Governor also called for more intervention from the Commission especially for those affected by the flood incident at Ohaji/Egbema, Oguta and environs.
The NDDC Acting Manager and his team donated Medical Essentials to the State.
