Yesterday, 11th November, 2023, the incoming Governor of Imo State, His Excellency, Sen Samuel Nnaemeka Anyanwu and His Deputy, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Jones Onyereri , Ph.D. Alongside the MAKE IMO SAFE AGAIN Team were in Obohia, Ahiazu Mbaise LGA, in celebration of the Eyirieyi Obohia Festival 2023 which to took place at the popular Nkwo Obohia Market.
While the moving train of the 11th November, 2023 Imo State Consensus Governorship Candidate of Senator Samuel Nnaemeka Anyanwu were on their way to Nkwo Obohia Market, the venue of the ancient tradition in preparation of the Iri Ji (New Yam Festival) 2023 in Ahiazu and Mbaise Nation at large.
His Excellencies, had a brief stopover with resounding boundary receptions as different families played host to him and the Make Imo Safe Again team at: Hon. Bartho Nkpolu, Hon. Emeka Ohaeri and Chief Akunaesiobike, among others.
Sen. Anyanwu, used the opportunity to reassure the good people of Obohia, Ahiazu Mbaise of securing Victory for the PDP, Owerri Zone and Ndi Imo in general in order to Make Imo Safe Again and thanked them for hosting him, his Deputy and the entire entourage.
